-Oh, you can't help that -said the Cat-, we're all mad here! I'm mad. You're mad.

-How do you know I'm mad?- said Alice.

-You must be -said the Cat-, or you wouldn't have come here.

-Pero es que a mí no me gusta tratar con gente loca -protestó Alicia.

-Oh, eso no lo puedes evitar -repuso el Gato-. Aquí todos estamos locos. Yo estoy loco. Tú estás loca.

-¿Cómo sabes que yo estoy loca? -preguntó Alicia.

-Tienes que estarlo -afirmó el Gato-, o no habrías venido aquí.
